Mix the premixed batter flour with water and season to suit your taste according to the following steps:

1 Mix the premixed flour.

2 Take the food you want to fry, mix it with the crispy fried flour and dip it in the prepared batter.

3 Fry in oil over medium-heat until golden and crispy. Scoop up, drain the oil and serve immediately.
