United Flour Mill Public Company Limited (UFM), Thailand’s largest wheat flour producer and distributor, has grown alongside the Thai people for several decades. With over 60 years of experience, we have been a trusted provider of goods for entrepreneurs in the food industry, catering to both large-scale industrial plants and small-scale businesses. Our clientele spans across various sectors, including food services, hotels, bakery shops, and modern trade channels such as supermarkets. Under the UFM brand, we offer a diverse product line that includes plain flour, crispy flour, premix flour, and other food ingredients. Our best-selling labels include White Swan Bread Flour, Kite All Purpose Flour, Red Lotus Special Flour, and Royal Fan Cake Flour. Additionally, we also provide a wide range of raw materials and baking additives, including fillings, starches, and more, to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

1964
United Flour Mill Public Company Limited (UFM) is established as the first flour mill in Thailand, with Marshal of the Royal Thai Air Force, Fuen Ronnaphagrad Ritthakhanee, First Executive Committee Chairman as the first Chair of the Board.
1966
Silo and Services Co., Ltd. is founded to provide grain drying and storage services.
International Warehousing Co., Ltd. is established to offer warehousing services for imported and exported goods.
1967
UFM Bakery House is launched, expanding the business to include baked goods and bakery shops.
1976
United Grains Co., Ltd. is established for grain storage and marine terminal operations.
1977
UFM Cooking and Baking School opens to promote cooking with wheat flour.
1984
Samut Transport Co., Ltd. is established to provide transportation services and labor support for cargo handling.
UFM Food Center Co., Ltd. is founded as a distributor of wheat flour products domestically and internationally, and as an importer of bakery-related raw materials.
1986
UFM enters a joint venture with Fuji Citio from Japan to establish UFM Fuji Super, a supermarket business.
1987
MC Foods Co., Ltd. is established as a distributor of wheat flour products and imported food ingredients.
1988
Joint venture with Kyoei Foods Japan leads to the establishment of United Kyoei Foods, producing fresh and dried breadcrumbs for domestic and international distribution.
1996
Siam UKF Co., Ltd. is established in partnership with Kyoei Foods Japan to expand breadcrumb production capacity.
1997
MC Bakery Co., Ltd. is founded to serve customers in provincial areas.
1998
Joint venture with Rich’s Products Corporation from the USA establishes Rich’s Products Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. for importing whipping cream and frozen bakery products.
Joint venture with Kyoei Foods Japan leads to the establishment of Vina Food Kyoei Company in Vietnam, producing breadcrumbs. In 2017, the factory expands to Da Nang.
1999
Metro Foods (1999) Co., Ltd. is established for producing frozen bakery products, dried breadcrumbs, and quality additives.
2012
United Flour Trading (2012) Co., Ltd. is established to distribute wheat flour products to wholesalers.
2017
Production base expands to include premixed flour.
2017–2021
UFM achieves the highest profits and shareholder returns for five consecutive years.

In 1987, we were honored with the Outstanding Product Award of the Year, accompanied by a plaque of Honor from General Prem Tinsulanonda and Sen Tang Setthakit Publishing House.
Achieved excellent results in a participatory energy conservation project
In 2006, we achieved excellent results in a participatory energy conservation project by the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, Ministry of Energy.
